Minibaguetes com Gergelim

Receita de p?o comprado na padaria, f?cil de fazer e de custo baixiss?mo. Rende at? 10 unidades.

- 500 g de farinha de trigo
- 20 g de fermento biol?gico fresco ou ½ envelope de fermento biol?gico seco
- 1 colher (ch?) de sal
- 1 colher (sobremesa) de a??car
- 1 colher (sobremesa) de margarina
- 250 ml de ?gua morna
- Sementes de gergelim a gosto


1. Fa?a uma esponja com 3 colheres (sopa) de farinha, fermento e um pouco de ?gua morna. Deixe crescer at? dobrar de volume.

2. Depois, despeje-a na tigela da batedeira com o restante dos ingredientes (com exce??o do gergelim). Bata bem at? ficar macia. Deixe crescer na pr?pria tigela at? dobrar de volume.

3. Abra 1/3 da massa com o rolo, estique-a e modele na forma de baguete.

4. Pincele as minibaguetes com ?gua fria e passe as sementes de gergelim.

5. Coloque-as em uma assadeira untada com margarina e deixe-as levedar por 30 minutos.

6. Fa?a cortes na parte superior e asse-as em forno pr?-aquecido por 40 minutos ou at? ficarem coradas.
