Shakshuka
(for 4 portions):
1 mid size onion
Chopped to small peaces
1/2 green and 1/2 red pepper, (could be a hole pepper from one color)
Sliced to long peaces
Pan fry the chopped onion and the sliced peppers with some olive oil till the peppers will soften a little.
garlic powder (fot those how like it)
2 tomatoes (sliced)
Add a bit of the garlic powder & put in the sliced tomatoes.
2 boxes of tomato sauce.
After 3 - 5 min, add the tomato sauce & stir it all together.
hot paprika
Add some paprika (around 1/2 tea spoon) & let it all cock together on a low fire for a few min.

pepper
Taste it & add salt, pepper or even paprika if needed.
4 eggs
After the sauce is ready, (all ingredients should be soft. the peppers & tomatoes), break into it the eggs, one by one, slowly, so each one will sit nicely in the sauce without spreading around.
Close the lid on the pan.
From this moment on, sterling of the sauce is NOT allowed so the eggs wont break & mix with the sauce.
It is ready when the eggs are cooked from the inside (shouldn't take more than 10 min.)
