Mousse de Chocolate

200 g / 1 barra de chocolate meio-amargo
100 g / ½ tablete de manteiga
4 ovos
4 colheres (sopa) de a??car
½ x?cara (ch?) de caf?
conhaque, a gosto

1. Separe todos os ingredientes da receita. Separe as claras das gemas. Pique o chocolate grosseiramente.

2. Coloque o chocolate, a manteiga e o caf? numa panela. Leve ao fogo baixo e mexa at? ficar uma mistura homog?nea. Reserve.

3. Numa batedeira, coloque as gemas e o a??car e bata at? ficar esbranqui?ado. Junte o chocolate derretido na batedeira e bata bem. Junte o conhaque – n?s usamos 1/3 de x?cara (ch?) – e bata mais um pouco.

4. Lave bem o batedor da batedeira (que foi usado para o chocolate) antes de bater as claras. S? ent?o bata as claras em neve por 3 minutos, at? estarem bem firmes.

5. Junte 1/3 das claras em neve com a mistura de chocolate e mexa bem. Incorpore o restante delicadamente, por?m sem demora. Coloque em tigelas individuais ou numa grande. Leve ? geladeira por 6 horas.
