Korean Marinade
5 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons water
1/4 cup granulated Splenda or 1/4 teaspoon liquid Splenda
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon orange extract (optional)
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
Use to marinate chicken, steak, meatballs etc.
Makes about 3/4 cup marinade.
