Qahwah - Arabic Coffee
4 cups (finjan)of water
(use espresso coffee cup when measuring water)
4 heaped teaspoons Arabic coffee
a pinch of ground cardamom
Note: Traditionally served without sugar but since sugar is boiled at the same time as the coffee, guests are usually asked their preference - whether they would like sweet or unsweetened.
